By checking in at Lemerian Work Café and starting a session, you agree to these terms and conditions and our package policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Package policies (full list)
The following points apply to packages, add-ons, and related services. This is the complete set of policy terms you accept at check-in:
- Chosen packages are final and cannot be changed or modified after purchase.
- A grace period of 10 minutes applies to all package bookings. Additional hour charges incur thereafter.
- All package sales are final - no refunds or exchanges.
- Beverage options exclude hot chocolate and Red Bull.
- Full payment is due upon package purchase - no credit or installment plans.
- No cancellations or pauses on packages - all sales final.
- Membership benefits are non-transferable and only for the registered member.
- Prices are final and non-negotiable. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
- These terms and conditions are governed by Indian laws.
- Any dispute will be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad.
- If any term is found invalid, the remaining terms continue to apply.
- These terms supersede all prior agreements.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms without notice.
- Purchase of a package constitutes acceptance of these terms.
- We are not liable for events beyond our control (force majeure, including natural disasters).
- You may not assign your rights without our written consent.
- Notices to you may be sent by email or posted on our website.
- Complaints are resolved internally - please contact customer support.
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
3. Billing and payment
Charges are based on the package or add-on you select at check-in and the duration of your stay (or applicable rules for hourly and per-day items). Taxes apply as displayed on your bill. Payment is due as agreed at the venue or through the payment options we provide.
4. Conduct and facilities
You agree to use our space respectfully, follow staff instructions, and comply with applicable laws. We may refuse service or end a session for behaviour that disrupts others or breaches these terms.
5. Liability
You are responsible for your belongings. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage except where required otherwise by applicable law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
